I think every country in south east asia are very concerned about this china claim. if you look at hisotry, south East asian countries resort to the international court or arbitration to settle border dispute. That is the civilised way.

Now if only they are all IMPARTIAL, why US never join ICC or ICJ, the present chief judge of ICJ are Japanese.

it is better they settle the dispute among themselves rather than going to a biased court, after Obama visit Vietnam everything goes to hell, US are encouraging tension without having to do the dirty work , pinoy and viet are being use as tool of US same as japan they will do what their master US tell them what to do.
