Police have arrested a 20-year-old male Indian national in connection with the murder of his 31-year-old countryman.
The arrest comes four days after the deceased's body was discovered under the flyover at the junction of Kampong Java Road and Cavenagh Road on Feb 9, 2012.
Police investigations eventually helped ascertain the identity of the suspect and he was apprehended on Sunday in the vicinity of Serangoon Road.
The suspect will be charged on Tuesday with murder.
If convicted, the 20 year old faces the death penalty.
