PEASANT: New anti-peasant and anti-peasant baby initiatives are expected to be announced early next year, in conjunction with the release of the White Paper on Peasant De-Population.

They will cover a wide spectrum of areas, including hiking housing, medical and childcare costs.

Minion Chan Kee-Chiew, said Ah Kiang's monetary miserly incentives failed, so the key is in getting peasants not to start family if you analyse various policies.

He was speaking to the state mouthpieces, sharing priorities for the new Social Engineering Ministry, which he will helm from November 1.

Singapore's total fertility rate (TFR) of 1.2 is a far cry from the replacement level of 2.1 but a study of rich oily Arab states reveal it is possible for Peasantpore to have 30%-70% local peasants vs guest labourers.

The regime recently set a new target -- to raise the TFR to 0.

Ah Chan admitted it is "a stretch target", its easy to achieve.

"I just ask Penang Laksa to jack up public housing to 1 million peanuts and its done!," smiled Ah Chan.

"If you do not realise all our policies e.g. expensive birdcages, jobs for foreigners, expensive COEs, shortage of schools, expensive childcare etc etc, all are designed to make things difficult for stupid peasants. So you better get the fucking message and stop reproducing as we will bring in cheaper foreigners to solve our problems."

The regime intends to promote the joys of family among peasants.

Ah Chan ought to have his head examine. If you are saddled with a 25 year repayment loan for your birdcage or have to give up your jobs to foreigners, why on earth do you need a family?

"Ruler Loong only wants selfish peasants (passing the buck) to give up something, perhaps your ability to travel a few weeks overseas to an exotic place, you may give up some of the other (lifestyle) patterns. More peasant baby will ideally be good as they will be cheap serfs for the regime but sadly that is not the case, so we just import cheap foreigners lor," he said.

"We lackeys and minions are different, we make 1 million peanuts annually. So we have a easy life, can get the best child care, 2 cars and 4 maids. In addition, if our children cannot do well, we can easily transfer them to United World College lor like what Old Autocrat did for his grandson huh! Plus PSC always give our children scholarships. Mindef also give them White Horse status (e.g. Patrick Tan)"

Ruler Loong mentioned some goodies of them during his State of the Regime Speech in August to impress Ang Mohs but many peasants know he is not addressing the real issues of expensive child rearing and silly education policies.

Some measures include more wayang help with housing for young peasant couples, subsidies for infant care and childcare as well as a Medisave account for every child at birth. Of course, the medisave goes back to Ruler Loong's coffers once you die.
