Having operated a cafe with my siblings before, I have come to understand why the outside food that we eat tastes so good that we wanted to come back for more, while serving breakfast and lunchtime crowd I notice that my customers will say uncle, can add more sugar/milk, gravy etc.. no wonder cases of diabetes and high cholesterol have shot through the ceiling.
