after u take the vaccine, you get a moh card

Colostomy- due to the rising lumber of colon cancers in sg this skill is also well sought after KNN basically some patient after having part of the large intestine being cut off the bear learn is insufficient to leejoin KNN so they will need a permanent colostomy KNN while some only temp and later loctor can close it KNN
It consist of 3 parts
1. The stoma eye liked tissue coming out of the patient belly area KNN
2. The wafer a piece of attachment to stick to the patient stoma area KNN
3. The bag which is attached to the wafer KNN
As output of sai is coming out of the eye liked tissues it will be collected by the bag. So each day the bag will need to be cleared several times KNN the bag can leewash and leeuse KNN the wafer need to be leeplace like 1 week to prevent skin irritations KNN many products come with this thing KNN eg powder. Barrier film to protect the skin. Moldable ring to protect the skin. Some patient have watery output and will cause easy back flow of the sai to come out from the wafer causing skin problem KNN under such condition can put on a belt to pull in the belly to protrude the eye liked stoma KNN or some patient after grow fatter the stoma will shrink in and need to put a belt too KNN there is also a gel satchet available in the market to absorb the watery sai to prevent back flow KNN

KNN my uncle is also trained in using and basic trouble shooting of various infusion pumps in the market KNN he also knows the inside out of all these pumps KNN basically each brand of pump comes with their own proprietary tubings that is connected to the patients KNN and each brand has their pro and cons KNN eg baxter pump is heavy but stable so will leeduce air bubble problem KNN basically pump main function is to be able to set a flow rate and detect air bubbles and occlusion KNN my uncle also know all the handson to connect the medication to the patient either thru conventional iv port or complex port to the main arteries eg portacath picc or hick man lines KNN
Picc line- cancer patients undergoing chemo treatment will usually have this line inserted thru the arm linking to the main artery near the heart KNN it can be 2 port 3 port whereby 1 is dedicated for blood taking KNN this line must be well taken care to prevent line infection that can be very serious when bacteria enter the bloodstream causing sepsis KNN therefore not all nurse are allowed to handle this KNN
Portacath - similar function as picc but a coin liked device is inserted into the patient chest area near heart under the skin KNN a needle with a port is inserted into the gel like under skin KNN
Hickman line - so far my uncle has not seen patient using this KNN probably more in USA KNN
