Advice Needed ~ Bomrm V.13 Tablet

Hi all, anyone familiar with this tablet? Groupon is selling this for $188 and Im thinking to buy it. Basically, I need it to

1. Be able to connect it to projector
2. Able to use MS Powerpoint
3. Surf net, read email, watch video.


Anyone got any input? By the way, its a China Tablet.

By using MS Powerpoint, do you mean viewing or are you referring to editing? Tablets are very poor for editing.

For viewing. I have to do presenatation to clients. So if the tablet can view ppt, and be connected to a projector, that will do.

I won't set my expectations too high on this.

But if what you need is something that can connect to a projector to show your presentation, then the better/cheaper option (that is IF you're already an iphone/ipad user) is to get an AV component cable.

For $188, i wont set too high expectations. If it can last me 1 year, Im happy enough.

Dont have an ipad. Not willing to spend 700-900 for something that does the same like my iphone except on a bigger screen, hence this $188 tablet stirred my interest.

As for my phone, the screen is too small and I dont want to abuse the battery. Iphones batts are shit.

The RAM is too low. Might encounter crashes often. If you plan to do presentation to clients, if the tablet crash midway, quite malu. I will strongly advise that you consider carefully before buying this particular tablet.
