Adultery is a social matter as well as a family matter. Yet, as long as a marriage is a contract governed by the laws of the land, then the breach of the contract by adultery is a legal matter. But it should never fall under criminal but civil.

Damn bloody jews trying to spread immoral behaviour through hollywood and TV serials and managed to influence the teenagers worldwide through disney channels etc. Now they want to go further and say that it is ok for anyone to commit adultery. This will be the end of a marriage institution as we know it.
Although I agree that marriage is an institution that should be preserved but men and women being humans do succumb to temptation. Forbidden fruits always taste sweeter and a licentious affair sets the pulse racing. No doubt adultery is not OK but at the same time it should not be regarded as a crime and punishable as such.
