So I endured 7 days and 7 nights of writing this Mother of all Affidavits NON Stop. It is 948 pages (including exhibits) and cost me $2658!!! Now I have to sell more books and supplements again!
The AGC wants to remove our rights to use legal actions to protect ourselves. It's not gonna be so easy for them.
I hope I will be awarded COSTS for the trauma and stress they inflicted on us by using a dead person whom I did not even know, met, talked to or took legal actions on when she was alive.
I have told my side of the saga regarding Geno Ong in this affidavit and I can assure you sometimes the Truth is stranger than fiction. It's EPIC and you can't even imagine the pain that I had to endure to relive all the harassment, hatred and cyber bullying that my enemies had inflicted on us over the years and they had the audacity to portray us as if we are the aggressors when we were absolutely attacked relentlessly for years.
I have painstakingly written down word for word, image by image the untold story of this saga.
The Court of Law is NOT the court of public opinion. It is there where one sided narratives will be shaken and torn down when evidence and facts are laid bare on the table.
The bar for Section 74 is extremely high. I wish the AGC all the best in handling my reply. It is my humble view that they can't build an Originating Application on a deck of unproven allegations.
May the truth be revealed and I leave this application in the good hands of Justice Hoo Sheau Peng.
The last I checked, no one is above the law and I intend to protect this sacred right to take legal actions rigorously.
