Adam pleads guilty to sodomising six-year-old boy (Guess the race?)

An unemployed man pleaded guilty in the Sessions Court here on Monday to a charge of sodomising a six-year-old boy last week.

Adam Shafiq Malik Faisul, 27, was charged with committing the unnatural sex on the boy at a flat in Cheras here between 1.30pm and 2pm last Aug 5.

However, judge Zulqarnain Hassan set Aug 17 to mention the case again to enable the accused to appoint a lawyer prior to sentencing.

Adam Shafiq was charged under Section 377C of the Penal Code, which carries an imprisonment for up to 20 years and whipping, if found guilty.

According to the facts of the case, the boy was getting out of the lift to his babysitter's house when the accused pulled him into his (accused) house.

The baby sitter then heard a child crying and found the boy, who complained of pain on his private part.

Deputy public prosecutor Tan Sew Ping prosecuted.

Since he has plead guilty. He should be hanged and good riddance.
Not caning not jail term, but hang.
