本以为是娱乐圈的八卦新闻，谁知道这两天又愈演愈烈。。。已经扩散到财经圈了，事关A股影视板块周一怎么走。
今天，国家税务总局已责成江苏等地税务机关依法开展调查核实，如发现违反税收法律法规的行为，将严格依法处理。
这场大戏比我们平时看的电影剧情恩怨情仇更跌宕起伏，引人入胜。
崔永元开撕范冰冰
五月份，崔永元老师开始发微博各种怼人。其中包括演员范冰冰、知名导演冯小刚夫妇、作家编剧刘震云父女，具体大家去微博看就有了。
前面几条微博都不温不火，直到这条↓看似怼，实际上看起来更像是举报。
崔永元通过微博发布了几张演艺合同照片并配文：“你不用表演，你是真烂”，合同中因有范冰冰名字，其中曝光合同约定片酬为税后1000万元
一天后崔永元又再度曝范冰冰采用“大小”合同，另行约定片酬5000万元，两合同共拿走片酬6000万元，而实际上范冰冰只在片场演出4天。
范冰冰方面发布了一则“严正声明”，称崔永元侵犯合法权益，散布谣言，构成诽谤。范冰冰工作室回应，公开发布泄密合同并公然侮辱范冰冰的行为，既破坏了商业原则，又涉嫌侵犯合法权益，并称相关网络用户及媒体未经核实散布谣言的行为已经构成诽谤。
基金君搜了一圈，才知道为什么崔永元要发微博怼这么多人。
原来，2004年冯小刚拍摄的电影《手机》被认为影射当时任职央视《实话实说》栏目主持人崔永元。
电影里面的主人公离婚、出轨，导致《手机》一上映，很多人把电影角色当成了崔永元，给崔永元带来很大困扰。
最后崔永元还发表了万字文章炮轰这部电影，更直接和冯小刚刘震云结了梁子。
今年，冯小刚再拍《手机2》，编剧依旧是当年的刘震云，范冰冰担任主角。
崔永元在接受媒体采访时表示，本身对范冰冰并不感冒，但因为范冰冰在24号那天发了一条关于拍摄《手机2》的微博，才彻底激起了崔永元的怒火。
国家税务总局来查了
而到现在为止，焦点却都聚集到了范冰冰出演电影《手机2》时签订的“大小合同”上，更严重的问题是涉及到了逃税。
什么是大小合同呢？
演员与剧组签订“大小合同”（也有人称其为阴阳合同），演员的片酬分别写进两份合同，一个数额大，一个数额小。说白一点，小合同为阳合同，可以公开，可以拿出来给有关部门看和查；大合同不对外公布，原因你懂滴。至于为什么要这样做，相信很多网友都能猜到，演员尤其是明星收入税率高，为了能少交点税。
今天下午，国家税务总局表示，针对近日网上反映有关影视从业人员签订“阴阳合同”中的涉税问题，国家税务总局高度重视，已责成江苏等地税务机关依法开展调查核实。如发现违反税收法律法规的行为，将严格依法处理。
随后，江苏省地税局和无锡市地税局也表示已经开始调查核实。（因为范冰冰的工作室在无锡。）
崔永元还直接点出“好像有个法律管这事儿”，并截图《刑法》条文。崔永元明示事件走向预期——将最后由法律定调。这对范冰冰方面来说，无疑“亚历山大”。
《刑法》第二百零一条对逃税罪明确规定：纳税人采取欺骗、隐瞒手段进行虚假纳税申报或者不申报，逃避缴纳税款数额较大并且占应纳税额百分之十以上的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处罚金；数额巨大并且占应纳税额百分之三十以上的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
其中规定，经税务机关依法下达追缴通知后，补缴应纳税款，缴纳滞纳金，已受行政处罚的，不予追究刑事责任；但是，五年内因逃避缴纳税款受过刑事处罚或者被税务机关给予二次以上行政处罚的除外。
目前最新消息是，崔永元回应了此事，正与主管部门协调取证，一周左右就会有消息。
据每日经济新闻报道，崔永元在接受记者专访时表示，现在他正在与主管部门协调怎么见面、在哪见面、如何取证等具体细节。“你等等吧，差不多一周左右就会有消息。”“等着呗，国家税务总局都开动了，就等着呗。”
崔永元告诉《每日经济新闻》记者，“我都没有想过，这些跟我没有关系。谁知道这事怎么就点燃了。”
周一开盘，A股影视板块瑟瑟发抖
回到资本市场上，本以为是娱乐圈的日常手撕，结果国家税务总局都发话了。
而对于二级市场的投资者来说，这一消息无疑对明天A股的影视股将是一场不小的利空。
首先是华谊兄弟，因为《手机2》正是他们家出品的。
有市场人士五月底的时候发微博表示，崔永元怼手机2剧组，很可能怼出事情来。果不其然。
更有投资者认为，影视公司周一股价会受到影响。
基金君整理了A股影视板块的上市公司，总市值超过3000亿，供大家做投资参考。
明星避税逃税内幕
从现实来看，明星由于片酬畸高、收入来源多样，由此衍生出的避税、逃税等渠道更是五花八门。
比如，有的明星片酬只拿“税后”，缴税成本转嫁给企业；
还有的挂名成立工作室走个体户纳税通道，不但可以大额抵扣应纳税所得额，还可以将个税税率最高档由45%降至35%；
在税收优惠地区注册公司、工作室，包括大名鼎鼎的避税天堂霍尔果斯、横店影视城所在地浙江东阳、明星工作室齐聚的上海松江区以及无锡数字电影产业园等；
或者直接放弃国籍成为非居民纳税人，这样对于来源于中国境内的收入只需承担有限纳税义务。
1989年，毛阿敏在黑龙江演出5天赚了6万元，却偷税漏税近4万元。经报道后引起全国公愤，毛阿敏被原单位关了3个月的“禁闭”。
刘晓庆。北京晓庆文化艺术有限责任公司1996年以来采取不列或少列收入、多列支出、虚假申报等手段偷税漏税达1458.3万元。后因数额巨大，刘晓庆被公安机关依法逮捕，蹲了一年监狱。
台湾艺人林志玲也曾涉嫌逃税被罚款。2008年年初，林志玲首次登上台湾艺人补税榜，因涉嫌报税不实，遭“国税局”要求补税及罚款共近千万元台币。
可见，明星逃税不是看热闹的小事，甚至可能是整个演艺圈的集体失范。
环球时报总编辑胡锡进在微博评论：
刘晓庆已经因为稅的事坐过牢了。那是十好几年前的事，当时中国人的稅法意识淡薄，中国政府可以说用处罚一个名女人为严行稅法祭旗，刘晓庆坐牢等于是给稅法做了广告。所以我觉得刘晓庆挺不容易的，她是改开以后最沧桑的演艺明星。如今十几年过去了，如果真有明星还大规模逃税，以几千万的级别逃，那的确太不应该了。请法律来坐实传闻的真假吧。如果真有明星那样干，那么看来他（她）应该再用坐牢给中国稅法做一次广告了。
后续事件如何发展，我们拭目以待，毕竟，崔永元说过“我这不止一份合同，我有一抽屉合同！慢慢来，着什么急？”

就在范冰冰工作室发声明准备诉崔师傅侵权和部分媒体诽谤之后，崔师傅态度又变了。
他在某自媒体采访的时候主动向范冰冰及一系列被牵扯的人道歉了诶!!! 好多人今天还不相信来着，吐槽这个自媒体在放谣言，
逼得人家自媒体把采访的电话录音都放出来了，崔师傅确实道了歉。
本来以为崔师傅这次出口气就完了，没想到居然真的引来国税局让无锡地税局调查范冰冰，专门强调是影视从业人员的税务问题，事件立马从普通的娱乐圈舆论博弈进入到司法案件，事情大条了。。。
毕竟上一个二十年最红的女明星刘晓庆因为偷税漏税被抓进去一年多的事儿摆着，谁都吃不准这次范冰冰会面临什么。
而且，范冰冰不同于当年刘晓庆孤家寡人，作为中国目前最红的女明星，她身上牵扯的利益团体太多了，“查税”事件还没尘埃落定，就已经对她产生了巨大影响。

■內地紅星范冰冰擬捲入陰陽合同風波，傳與胞弟范丞丞同被限制出境。
【星島日報報道】（星島日報報道）因央視前名嘴崔永元舉報而掀起的內地演藝界逃稅風波有重大發展。內地傳媒報道，江蘇警方已介入女星范冰冰的「陰陽合同」案，范冰冰身邊數位工作人員被警方拘留或採取監視居住等強制措施，包括一位跟范合作了十幾年的外籍經理人，而范冰冰及其弟弟范丞丞也被限制出境，目前人在北京。報道引述政府部門人士稱，高層關注「陰陽合同」事件並作出了批示，六月底七月初警方介入案件。
北京《經濟觀察報》引述消息人士稱，范冰冰一案源於五月崔永元在其網上的舉報。當時，崔永元在微博上貼出幾張演藝合同照片，合同中有范冰冰的名字，合同約定片酬為稅後一千萬元（人民幣，下同）。而後，崔永元又稱，有演藝人員採用「大小」合同（「陰陽合同」），另行約定片酬為五千萬元，兩合同共拿走片酬六千萬元，實際只在片場演出了四天。此行徑有嚴重偷稅漏稅的嫌疑。
儘管在六月初，崔永元改口稱六千萬「陰陽合同」的當事人並非范冰冰，但已引發公眾對於范冰冰的普遍質疑。
工商資料顯示，范冰冰為法定代表人、股東，或者高層的公司，在中國內地至少有十二至十三家，分別註冊在北京、江蘇無錫、新疆霍爾果斯等地。
報道稱，因為范冰冰旗下公司的財務會計力量較為薄弱，六月初，也就是稅務部門介入調查前後，一家與她關係較密切的上市公司里，一位具豐富財務和審計能力的專業人士，應邀到范冰冰旗下公司，以范氏公司財務負責人的身分，接受稅務部門的調查。
六月底、七月初，警方介入事件，北京警方以傳喚方式，將那位上市公司人士帶走。本月二日，這位上市公司人士的家屬，在北京領取到由江蘇警方簽發的拘留證，得知其因涉嫌隱匿、故意銷毀會計憑證罪，被移送到江蘇常州的看守所，後改為監視居住。
除了上述上市公司人士外，據報接受警方調查的還包括范冰冰身邊的數位工作人員。知情人士稱：「其中一位是外籍人士，跟范冰冰合作了至少有十幾年，既做過她的經紀人，也擔任了范冰冰旗下一家公司的法定代表人職務。」
至於范冰冰本人，有消息人士稱，她目前在北京，尚未被採取強制措施，「不過她和她的弟弟范丞丞，已被邊控，限制出境。」報道稱，「近期有一檔綜藝節目，要在中國境外錄製，邀請了范丞丞。但是臨到頭，發現他已無法出境。」
《經濟觀察報》多次通過電話及短信等方式，聯繫范冰冰及其身邊工作人員，但他們的手機均一直處於或關機、或呼叫轉移、或沒有回應的狀態。

崔永元曝范冰冰4天6000万天价片酬，并起底疑似大小合同、阴阳合同等偷漏税等潜规则。
本以为是娱乐圈的八卦新闻，谁知道这两天又愈演愈烈。。。已经扩散到财经圈了，事关A股影视板块周一怎么走。
今天，国家税务总局已责成江苏等地税务机关依法开展调查核实，如发现违反税收法律法规的行为，将严格依法处理。
这场大戏比我们平时看的电影剧情恩怨情仇更跌宕起伏，引人入胜。
崔永元开撕范冰冰
五月份，崔永元老师开始发微博各种怼人。其中包括演员范冰冰、知名导演冯小刚夫妇、作家编剧刘震云父女，具体大家去微博看就有了。
前面几条微博都不温不火，直到这条↓看似怼，实际上看起来更像是举报。
崔永元通过微博发布了几张演艺合同照片并配文：“你不用表演，你是真烂”，合同中因有范冰冰名字，其中曝光合同约定片酬为税后1000万元
一天后崔永元又再度曝范冰冰采用“大小”合同，另行约定片酬5000万元，两合同共拿走片酬6000万元，而实际上范冰冰只在片场演出4天。
范冰冰方面发布了一则“严正声明”，称崔永元侵犯合法权益，散布谣言，构成诽谤。范冰冰工作室回应，公开发布泄密合同并公然侮辱范冰冰的行为，既破坏了商业原则，又涉嫌侵犯合法权益，并称相关网络用户及媒体未经核实散布谣言的行为已经构成诽谤。
基金君搜了一圈，才知道为什么崔永元要发微博怼这么多人。
原来，2004年冯小刚拍摄的电影《手机》被认为影射当时任职央视《实话实说》栏目主持人崔永元。
电影里面的主人公离婚、出轨，导致《手机》一上映，很多人把电影角色当成了崔永元，给崔永元带来很大困扰。
最后崔永元还发表了万字文章炮轰这部电影，更直接和冯小刚刘震云结了梁子。
今年，冯小刚再拍《手机2》，编剧依旧是当年的刘震云，范冰冰担任主角。
崔永元在接受媒体采访时表示，本身对范冰冰并不感冒，但因为范冰冰在24号那天发了一条关于拍摄《手机2》的微博，才彻底激起了崔永元的怒火。
国家税务总局来查了
而到现在为止，焦点却都聚集到了范冰冰出演电影《手机2》时签订的“大小合同”上，更严重的问题是涉及到了逃税。
什么是大小合同呢？
演员与剧组签订“大小合同”（也有人称其为阴阳合同），演员的片酬分别写进两份合同，一个数额大，一个数额小。说白一点，小合同为阳合同，可以公开，可以拿出来给有关部门看和查；大合同不对外公布，原因你懂滴。至于为什么要这样做，相信很多网友都能猜到，演员尤其是明星收入税率高，为了能少交点税。
今天下午，国家税务总局表示，针对近日网上反映有关影视从业人员签订“阴阳合同”中的涉税问题，国家税务总局高度重视，已责成江苏等地税务机关依法开展调查核实。如发现违反税收法律法规的行为，将严格依法处理。
随后，江苏省地税局和无锡市地税局也表示已经开始调查核实。（因为范冰冰的工作室在无锡。）
崔永元还直接点出“好像有个法律管这事儿”，并截图《刑法》条文。崔永元明示事件走向预期——将最后由法律定调。这对范冰冰方面来说，无疑“亚历山大”。
《刑法》第二百零一条对逃税罪明确规定：纳税人采取欺骗、隐瞒手段进行虚假纳税申报或者不申报，逃避缴纳税款数额较大并且占应纳税额百分之十以上的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处罚金；数额巨大并且占应纳税额百分之三十以上的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
其中规定，经税务机关依法下达追缴通知后，补缴应纳税款，缴纳滞纳金，已受行政处罚的，不予追究刑事责任；但是，五年内因逃避缴纳税款受过刑事处罚或者被税务机关给予二次以上行政处罚的除外。
目前最新消息是，崔永元回应了此事，正与主管部门协调取证，一周左右就会有消息。
据每日经济新闻报道，崔永元在接受记者专访时表示，现在他正在与主管部门协调怎么见面、在哪见面、如何取证等具体细节。“你等等吧，差不多一周左右就会有消息。”“等着呗，国家税务总局都开动了，就等着呗。”
崔永元告诉《每日经济新闻》记者，“我都没有想过，这些跟我没有关系。谁知道这事怎么就点燃了。”
周一开盘，A股影视板块瑟瑟发抖
回到资本市场上，本以为是娱乐圈的日常手撕，结果国家税务总局都发话了。
而对于二级市场的投资者来说，这一消息无疑对明天A股的影视股将是一场不小的利空。
首先是华谊兄弟，因为《手机2》正是他们家出品的。
有市场人士五月底的时候发微博表示，崔永元怼手机2剧组，很可能怼出事情来。果不其然。
更有投资者认为，影视公司周一股价会受到影响。

明星避税逃税内幕
从现实来看，明星由于片酬畸高、收入来源多样，由此衍生出的避税、逃税等渠道更是五花八门。
比如，有的明星片酬只拿“税后”，缴税成本转嫁给企业；
还有的挂名成立工作室走个体户纳税通道，不但可以大额抵扣应纳税所得额，还可以将个税税率最高档由45%降至35%；
在税收优惠地区注册公司、工作室，包括大名鼎鼎的避税天堂霍尔果斯、横店影视城所在地浙江东阳、明星工作室齐聚的上海松江区以及无锡数字电影产业园等；
或者直接放弃国籍成为非居民纳税人，这样对于来源于中国境内的收入只需承担有限纳税义务。
1989年，毛阿敏在黑龙江演出5天赚了6万元，却偷税漏税近4万元。经报道后引起全国公愤，毛阿敏被原单位关了3个月的“禁闭”。
刘晓庆。北京晓庆文化艺术有限责任公司1996年以来采取不列或少列收入、多列支出、虚假申报等手段偷税漏税达1458.3万元。后因数额巨大，刘晓庆被公安机关依法逮捕，蹲了一年监狱。
台湾艺人林志玲也曾涉嫌逃税被罚款。2008年年初，林志玲首次登上台湾艺人补税榜，因涉嫌报税不实，遭“国税局”要求补税及罚款共近千万元台币。
可见，明星逃税不是看热闹的小事，甚至可能是整个演艺圈的集体失范。

刘晓庆已经因为稅的事坐过牢了。那是十好几年前的事，当时中国人的稅法意识淡薄，中国政府可以说用处罚一个名女人为严行稅法祭旗，刘晓庆坐牢等于是给稅法做了广告。所以我觉得刘晓庆挺不容易的，她是改开以后最沧桑的演艺明星。如今十几年过去了，如果真有明星还大规模逃税，以几千万的级别逃，那的确太不应该了。请法律来坐实传闻的真假吧。如果真有明星那样干，那么看来他（她）应该再用坐牢给中国稅法做一次广告了。

崔师傅的态度也是很奇怪，之前接受采访一边说要“抓住范冰冰、徐帆、刘震云女儿”这几个软肋狠狠打，晒一些似是而非的合同影射范，
另一边又否认自己晒的“阴阳合同”指的是范冰冰，那所以无凭无据把范冰冰扯进来是干嘛呢。。。
就在范冰冰工作室发声明准备诉崔师傅侵权和部分媒体诽谤之后，崔师傅态度又变了。
他在某自媒体采访的时候主动向范冰冰及一系列被牵扯的人道歉了诶!!! 好多人今天还不相信来着，吐槽这个自媒体在放谣言，
逼得人家自媒体把采访的电话录音都放出来了，崔师傅确实道了歉。
“正好你说这个事儿，那我就接着你们这个平台，给她们道个歉吧，向范冰冰、徐帆、刘震云的女儿再致个歉。因为她们相关的人惹了我，弄得我就有点失了方寸，不好，我也在反省。但是希望她们能跟自己的丈夫、自己的父亲去谈一谈，让他们也能反省，好吧。”
本来以为崔师傅这次出口气就完了，没想到居然真的引来国税局让无锡地税局调查范冰冰，专门强调是影视从业人员的税务问题，事件立马从普通的娱乐圈舆论博弈进入到司法案件，事情大条了。。。
毕竟上一个二十年最红的女明星刘晓庆因为偷税漏税被抓进去一年多的事儿摆着，谁都吃不准这次范冰冰会面临什么。
而且，范冰冰不同于当年刘晓庆孤家寡人，作为中国目前最红的女明星，她身上牵扯的利益团体太多了，“查税”事件还没尘埃落定，就已经对她产生了巨大影响。

■內地紅星范冰冰擬捲入陰陽合同風波，傳與胞弟范丞丞同被限制出境。
【星島日報報道】（星島日報報道）因央視前名嘴崔永元舉報而掀起的內地演藝界逃稅風波有重大發展。內地傳媒報道，江蘇警方已介入女星范冰冰的「陰陽合同」案，范冰冰身邊數位工作人員被警方拘留或採取監視居住等強制措施，包括一位跟范合作了十幾年的外籍經理人，而范冰冰及其弟弟范丞丞也被限制出境，目前人在北京。報道引述政府部門人士稱，高層關注「陰陽合同」事件並作出了批示，六月底七月初警方介入案件。
北京《經濟觀察報》引述消息人士稱，范冰冰一案源於五月崔永元在其網上的舉報。當時，崔永元在微博上貼出幾張演藝合同照片，合同中有范冰冰的名字，合同約定片酬為稅後一千萬元（人民幣，下同）。而後，崔永元又稱，有演藝人員採用「大小」合同（「陰陽合同」），另行約定片酬為五千萬元，兩合同共拿走片酬六千萬元，實際只在片場演出了四天。此行徑有嚴重偷稅漏稅的嫌疑。
儘管在六月初，崔永元改口稱六千萬「陰陽合同」的當事人並非范冰冰，但已引發公眾對於范冰冰的普遍質疑。
工商資料顯示，范冰冰為法定代表人、股東，或者高層的公司，在中國內地至少有十二至十三家，分別註冊在北京、江蘇無錫、新疆霍爾果斯等地。
報道稱，因為范冰冰旗下公司的財務會計力量較為薄弱，六月初，也就是稅務部門介入調查前後，一家與她關係較密切的上市公司里，一位具豐富財務和審計能力的專業人士，應邀到范冰冰旗下公司，以范氏公司財務負責人的身分，接受稅務部門的調查。
六月底、七月初，警方介入事件，北京警方以傳喚方式，將那位上市公司人士帶走。本月二日，這位上市公司人士的家屬，在北京領取到由江蘇警方簽發的拘留證，得知其因涉嫌隱匿、故意銷毀會計憑證罪，被移送到江蘇常州的看守所，後改為監視居住。
除了上述上市公司人士外，據報接受警方調查的還包括范冰冰身邊的數位工作人員。知情人士稱：「其中一位是外籍人士，跟范冰冰合作了至少有十幾年，既做過她的經紀人，也擔任了范冰冰旗下一家公司的法定代表人職務。」
至於范冰冰本人，有消息人士稱，她目前在北京，尚未被採取強制措施，「不過她和她的弟弟范丞丞，已被邊控，限制出境。」報道稱，「近期有一檔綜藝節目，要在中國境外錄製，邀請了范丞丞。但是臨到頭，發現他已無法出境。」
《經濟觀察報》多次通過電話及短信等方式，聯繫范冰冰及其身邊工作人員，但他們的手機均一直處於或關機、或呼叫轉移、或沒有回應的狀態。
