What ever happened to safety first? Who designed the Multi-Storey Car Park without safety mirrors?

The new MSCP at Bedok Central servicing the new Hawker Centre has the ramps designed with the incoming and exiting vehicles to go in the same direction as per normal car parks, nothing to quibble here. But other normal carparks do not have blind spots, where in incoming and exiting vehicles can see each other with the help of safety mirrors!

The case of the missing safety mirrors, where the fuck have they gone?
