When this Indian family moved in next to my parents's Tampines home early this year, I used to greet their 5 year old son '' Hi Chao Cheebye Pundek Kia'' each time this small bastard played in front of my door...

Each time I called that little twit that name. he would smile at me because obviously he don't know a fuck of the meaning of it... My wife told me to stop calling him that but I still do each time I saw the little prat playing at the corridor.. But if you are alone, she will be able to out-shout you anyday. Even if you call the security guard, she will out-shout him and you. This is nothing to her.

If she were to do that in Taiwan, she would be reprimanded by all those around her immediately. The reason why she can be so blunt is because those (Singaporeans) around her are gutless and only dare to post their complaints in forum after the commotion over. I do that all the time.
But the way I do it is to tell them nicely and politely first.
Don't listen, then tell them firmly, but still politely.
Still don't listen, then tell them loudly so that everyone in the queue and the hawker know. Only when this doesn't work do I give the "surprise".

To be fair, the first step usually takes care of 80% of the cases.
