Abolishing Streaming in Secondary Schools: Netizens React

This idiot system is also known as socialism aka the 2nd fastest way to tank a country besides it's elder brother communism.

It doesn’t make sense at all.

So how does it work? Every single idiot and genius are lumped together in a class.

When it’s time for lessons, the idiots go out to another classroom for their low standard class, while the smart ones remain for their high level class? How’s that good for morale ?!

In some socialist countries, bodoh and superstar are both in the same class. To a large extent the teacher teaches to the lowest common denominator. That is, as slow as the slower students which tend to form the majority of classes. If got some retarded, they usually bring in a "special ed" assistant to sit with the guy all through the classes. If got some superstar and if the teacher is so inclined, they will spend some time to assist them and give extra work to challenge them.

But as you can imagine, teaching productivity falls as too much is going on at the same time and no one is really satisfied with the solution. The smart ones are frustrated and bored, the bodoh feel stressed by the pressure to keep up and paiseh for being a burden to the group and the mid-level students are wandering off looking at their smartphones because the teachers are too busy juggling both the extremes.

a farked up system

It only makes sense to idiots who think as far as their toes end. They worry about people feeling bad about low achievement, so they make sure nobody got achievement! So all equal and therefore no need cry end up in B class. 'cos everyone in F class.

I'm not sure what the Singapore plan is. We'll just have to wait and see if they implement the full socialist.

On a side note if you implement full communism the whole country hentak kaki and go backwards at full speed.

If just socialist, hentak kaki and maybe if lucky float along.
