Had been extremely busy lately with work.

Today went to Rayong Province passed by the Ban Beung district of Rayong. Stopped by the district's famous Ban Beung Noodle stall here - https://maps.app.goo.gl/xm7Cra1tVGxPcyW59



The noodle I chose is actually made of fish paste like fish cakes or fishballs, its very unique

This is what made the soup so savoury and sweet of seafood - dried shrimps and dried cuttlefish

Also very popular here is their crab dumplings with sour plum sauce

Took a break and spent the weekend in Singapore. Thursday had breakfast at the Singapore Airlines lounge in Suvarnabhumi Airport

Its only 11.30am and a long queue had formed

I have been patronizing this stall since I was 13, 47 years ago. Its still one of the best chicken rice in Singapore I must say.

A friend told me that there's a very good minced pork noodle stall located at Bukit Merah View. Was being warned there is always a queue - https://maps.app.goo.gl/TuuBMEmJMt7xeQUx8

So off I went catching the 6.15am bus to the stall from the hotel as you can see the bus was rather empty this early hour

Was still dark when I arrived at the coffeeshop

Yes a long queue was formed at 6.40am when I arrived I was the 13th in the line
