In Thailand there are many little restaurant gems around that often surprise one if found. Most of these are away from the city. One such restaurant that I found recently was Baan Lan Khao - https://maps.app.goo.gl/QqMToa3eZJ1J6Kna9?g_st=ipc

Two weeks ago I brought a group of Vietnamese visitors to Rayong for work and we ended up at this seafood restaurant known as Pupen at Sattahip beach - https://maps.app.goo.gl/QwjkbdvmcD7XCLK16

Its about time to do some Isaan since past 3 weeks had been overseas and when back bringing visitors to have other food here in Bangkok.

An Isaan restaurant opened near home about half year ago and it had become my favourite Isaan restaurant in Bangkok serving authentic Isaan cuisine. Simple restaurant in a metal roof shed but well lid and decorated and clean. Opens at 11am to serve the lunch customers but too bad closes at 9pm - https://maps.app.goo.gl/CKV3nfkbYnmvL7eh9
