Today went to Rayong Province passed by the Ban Beung district of Rayong. Stopped by the district's famous Ban Beung Noodle stall here - https://maps.app.goo.gl/xm7Cra1tVGxPcyW59



The noodle I chose is actually made of fish paste like fish cakes or fishballs, its very unique

This is what made the soup so savoury and sweet of seafood - dried shrimps and dried cuttlefish

Also very popular here is their crab dumplings with sour plum sauce
