Many jihukia come work sinkie at around 18 yr old chiong then part time study dip PSB for like around 1 yr plus they changed jobs with strong relevant exp and go to the MNC and managed to impress boss and they become pr and pay can be almost like fresh grad liao.
With just 1 yr psb dip. So local waste time on 3 yr local dip and 5 yrs of local uni approximately. And also waste 2 yrs of NS.

As I said before, sinkies hard to fight with fts over this job abuse. Employers can exploit fts and they have no choice but to endure as their main purpose here is for the money. This is hard truth man. Many jihukia go this pathway. PSB private dip can save alot time. Somore got ah tiong go psb dip PSB degree then masters in nus. Then he got citizen. Don't need to serve NS. Get promoted very high in MNC.

Jihukia only can go up dip some can degree. ah tiong more smart can go up to masters. They how lian using PSB plus don't need serve NS and rank higher than sinkie and get free pr and citizen.
