Ya they sold it years ago - Gillian has not received her share due to internal family squabbles. I remember I drove up the driveway there once it was like a 45 degree incline to get to the entrance.

Not selling a freehold real property unless there is no alternative, is prudent financial planning, rather than greed.
Whereas acquiring numerous real properties with a low sum for downpayment and a huge mortgage may be considered greed.
