They r the chief reasons why costs are out of control in Singapore. Everything got to be grandest, betterest..etc. Everything got to be upgraded, rebuilt..etc. Very soon u won't see a building that is less than 20 years old and everything will be state of art stuff. All fine and good but sometimes these expensive toys needs lots of maintenace and that is where they fall short. Also they build all these new buildings but they forgot about the roads and canals and stuff. Anyway not their problems...these people that finish their projects will have moved on and someone else has to handle the shit...like Viv just found out!!
