A “$2 company” landing government contracts? And possible links to ST Engineering? Something doesn’t add up.

A $2 company quietly appears… then suddenly lands government contracts worth millions.

Now people are asking:
Is there a hidden link to ST Engineering?
Who’s really behind the company?
And how did such a tiny firm gain access so quickly?

Apparently, Joseph Tan was also involved in another lawsuit that was heard in the Singapore High Court, where the judge reportedly described him as the “author of his own misfortune” and rejected his arguments relating to estoppel. The case was Tan Chin Yew Joseph v Saxo Capital Markets Pte Ltd.

The High Court ultimately dismissed his claims against Saxo Capital Markets. In the judgment, the court stated that the plaintiff “was clearly the author of his own misfortune” after failing to react promptly during highly volatile market conditions.

The court also rejected his estoppel-related arguments, finding that the broker’s contractual terms and actions did not support the claims he advanced.
