联明集团（Lian Beng）获得华业集团（UOL）属下UOL Development总值8828万元的合同，兴建位于史波蒂斯兀园路（Spottiswoode Park Road）的私人公寓项目。

　　建筑工程包括一座拥有超过300个单位的36层楼高的住宅大厦、一座六层楼高的停车场、游泳池，以及其他公用设施。工程将于本月展开，预计会在2013年第二季完工。
　　联明集团董事经理王邦益昨天受访时指出，这个公寓项目属于中高档，目前还未推出市场。他说，公司接下来将着重竞标更多中高档公寓建筑项目。 　　上述项目是联明集团自今年3月份以来获得的第四项私人住宅建筑项目。包括最新获得的项目在内，联明集团的订单总额为将近9亿4000万元。
