这起悲剧发生在昨天下午4时45分，地点在宏茂桥4道第223座组屋。

记者接获读者拨打热线通知，立即赶到现场了解情况，当时81岁老妇蔡洗已被送往陈笃生医院急救，丈夫冯亚聪（85岁）坐 在妻子的轮椅上，一脸无助。

冯老先生受访时说，妻子昨天淋了雨，身体一向虚弱的她，突然晕倒在轮椅上，把他吓坏了。

两老相依为命，夫左眼瞎妻手脚萎缩；救护车载走妻，老汉不知所措。

one of the highest concentration of millionaires and

But for any good and humane govt, this should be the expected standard, the minimum requirement.
