san jose is the most bike-friendly city in the bay area as roads are wide, terrain is flat, and dedicated bike lanes are painted green. but on a typical work day, no bikes can be seen on the green lanes.

thats cause san jose is probably a ghetto ass city in america,your city has to be above a certain gdp per capital in order to attract the many white ex pats and their 100% lycra body suit and speedo trunks and specialized bikes.....combine a high gdp per capital and a abundance of asian spgs for their mating pleasure,pretty soon u will have a tour de france on ur hands.
