This will surely be a trend for Singapore as we inexorably move towards 2030. There will be 900,000 aged uncles and aunties waiting to be conned, mugged, robbed, beaten, or killed. Chances are they will be well to do, being the generation that had supported their parents, brought up kids, and probably has a number of properties rented out for income and waiting to be bequeathed to their children.
