Too many cases in the land divisions. Whatever system they initiate to monitor Invest Paper movement, doesnt require a genius to find loopholes. This sitting or sleeping on IPs took place way back. Nothing new. Just too bad auntie's molest case surfaced coz of the riot.

Imo, more effort needed to jaw a case then putting up file or IP. Morning panel very sensitive to jawing.
