The Tower of London was the site of many tortures and executions. Some people still claim they see Anne Boleyn's headless ghost wandering about.
Many of the historical sites e.g. castles in London are strictly off limits to the public after sunset.
People have also captured on camera strange things from the Tower of London. When LKY ups the lorry I won't be surprised when people start seeing strange things

LKY is on record of having said that he would get up from his grave if things were not right in sinkie land. No strange things to see but probably, Parliament House might become his haunted dwelling.
So, after LKY up the lorry, sinkies should expect to see his ghost roaming sinkie land as well to kick the arse of those who wanted to create trouble in the country.
