AN ELDERLY woman was charged in court on Thursday with stabbing her boyfriend on the abdomen and hitting him on the head with a hammer. Goh Siew Hong, 68, unemployed, allegedly used a 40cm-long carving knife to stab Mr Koh Chian Seng, 59, a cabby, at his Circuit Road flat on Jan 23, 2008. She is also accused of hitting him on the head with a hammer on Feb 14 this year. Her case was adjourned to Sept 23. If convicted, Goh can be jailed for up to seven years and fined on each charge.
