We all know the reasons why there are no soup kitchen concepts eateries in our neighbourhood to support the elderly...a variety of 5 to 8 dishes buffet style for say $10 per head where the elderly or underprivileged can pack 3 meals a day goes a long way...of course this will put the coffee shops out of businesses over time killing rental value
