A 59-year-old man was charged with twice molesting a 12-year-old girl on board a bus and two other offences.
Shu Hee Tong allegedly touched the girl's hand and placed it on his thigh on the bus travelling along Hougang Avenue 8 sometime around August 2010.
He is also accused of insulting her modesty by showing her a video of a naked woman on his mobile phone outside a flat in Hougang.
Two months later in October 2010, he allegedly sent her a text message asking her to go to a hotel with him for sex.
