.......... There is a quote system for Malaysians, Asean and others. The grades can be much lower than Singaporeans..........second issue is that those who don't make it locally, head overseas and they are accepted in good Universities overseas. So the rich have an outlet or a second path that many capable can't afford. So the issue is more places must be set aside. ........
We now have doctors from India, Philippines etc. So what gives.

A point yet to be raised by the Opposition in Parliament-wonder when will they ask questions on the issue?
Voters in Aljuneid and Hougang need to do their part and ask their MP's to be more vocal on critical matters like this.
