no, not the bin center or electrical power room, the fine is $1,000. I always park at unloading bay at kallang airport HC behind NTUC and go to buy 4D even though got camera. Never kena summon before. My favorite lots are loading and unloading bay anytime anywhere.

Parking at a loading bay is risky as a disgruntled delivery driver is likely to take a photo and email it to the authorities. The fine is enough to pay for proper parking many times over.
