For the sake of easy calculations. Lets assume we play each number $24 i.e.
1 big sys24= total we spend $240.00. From 13th Nov to 10thDec, total 13 draws. We would have spend $3120 for one month. Big money to bet but is just a illustration. Be back on 28th Nov for the update, going for a holiday.

Lets finish it by end of this month. See how it goes. December I will put new numbers. Alredy 2 numbers came out last draw 0178 and 4568. So pay attention to the other 8 numbers.

It is better to just focus on max. 10 to 12 permutations of each set of no. or buy ibet.

Yes, I favoured 12 permutations if you have read my past posts. Normally I would buy
own numbers which are 9019, 1727 and 1722 and plus 2 or 3 other numbers that I chance upon. But sys 24 have better chances to hit. So I try out and see. Sys24 or ABCD have and average of 14hits, that is more than 50 percent in a year, where else sys12 or AABC
have 5 hits which is less than 50 percent.
I buy 3 to 6 numbers each draw. This year only January I did not hit at all. So far I am on the positive side. Every month my bet is about $2000. July $6000 plus, August $5000plus, September $1000, October $ 3280 (7271-$1000starter, 2271=$180cons and 7271-$19803rd prize). November $180(7386).
My car no 9019 have not appeared for about 3 months since I last hit. Good chances to buy till December. So to me I think the best is about 5 numbers.

Just for the record my highest winnings from permutations of my own numbers.

1727= 2nd Prize 2006 8 big $8000
0199= 1st Prize 2007 14 big $28000
Those years I was doing small business, so I can afford to play. My highest bet was $50 big $600 on this number 1143. My shop number which I closed in Sep 2007. I gave myself 3 draws to try. On 2nd try I hit starter 1413, I got $12500.

2271=1st prize 2008 July. 2 big $4000. I started betting this number in July onward. Now I averaged my bets from $2 to $5 big system. Always bet within your budget. 4D will not make you rich. Play Toto if you want to be rich. I don't have luck on Toto and Big Sweep. Maybe groom myself to be a casino player...heheheh.

You need to give yr particulars so that they will noe who had claimed the prize...just in case of dispute(s) ..You will also need to provide IC if you intend to claim winnings above S$5K at Paradiz

As far as I can recall, cash cheque made out in yr name for immediate cashment at the issuing bank will be the norm for winnings up to S$25K. For winings above S$25K, they will give u a crossed cheque which means got to wait till 2pm the following day b4 u can celebrate.
