【星島日報報道】45歲裝修工人涉嫌於前年至去年期間以下體戳其6歲親女私處，受害女童遂向班主任及祖母哭訴事件而被揭發，裝修工人今於區域法院承控一項非禮罪，辯方求情時指被告行為雖可恥，惟考慮到非禮程度及次數，加上對親女影響不大，冀法官予以輕判。法官裁定被告罪名成立，將案件押後至9月12日判刑，以待索取被告背景、心理及精神科報告，期間須還押。
辯方求情時指被告只有中三學歷程度，無刑事定罪紀錄，有一名19歲與前妻所生並失明的兒子。辯方指被告行為可恥，應受嚴責，惟考慮到非禮程度與同類案件相比並不嚴重，被告沒有把手指或下體放入女兒陰道，另外事件只發生了一次，對女兒的影響不大，冀法官予以減刑。法官裁定被告罪成，經考慮後決定先索取相關報告並押後判刑，期間被告須還押看管。

[Sing Tao Daily reported] 45-year-old decoration worker was suspected of being poked in the private part of his 6-year-old relatives from the previous year to the last year. The victim girl was revealed to the class teacher and grandmother crying. The decoration worker is now in charge of a non-court crime in the District Court. When the defense pleaded, it means that the defendant’s behavior is shameful, but considering the degree of indecent assault and the number of times, and the influence on the pro-female is not great, the judge will give a light sentence. The judge ruled that the defendant was convicted and sentenced to September 12 for sentencing, pending the receipt of the defendant’s background, psychological and psychiatric reports, and remand during the period.
