the experience and opportunities were given to foreigners to gain their experience here. And this is progress.
...
This is our country, this is our home. And we are supposed to defend it while the good jobs are given to foreigners.
...
A new citizen is still a foreigner yesterday. If every foreigner is given all the plump jobs and become citizens tomorrow because of it, then technically all the top jobs are Singaporeans.
...
Is this acceptable or the right thing to do?

If every foreigner is given all the plump jobs

This is the reason why Singapore needs more foreigners. Sinkies are a bunch of retards who don't know the difference between "plump" and "plum".

plump
1. Well-rounded and full in form; chubby.
2. Abundant; ample: a plump reward.

plump is correct, but so is plum.

plum

1.a. Any of several shrubs or small trees of the genus Prunus, bearing smooth-skinned, fleshy, edible fruit with a single hard-shelled stone that encloses the seed. b. The fruit of any of these trees.
2.a. Any of several trees bearing plumlike fruit. b. The fruit of such a tree.
3. A raisin, when added to a pudding or cake.
4. A sugarplum.
5. A dark purple to deep reddish purple.
6. An especially desirable position, assignment, or reward: an ambassadorship granted as a political plum.

Are the 60% dragging the 40% down or are the 40% dragging the 60% down? Maybe a civil war will sort this out.
