驚魂一夜！一名20多歲女子日前在台北信義區夜店「WAVE」喝醉，竟被4名越南籍男子撿屍回住處輪流性侵，直到天亮她酒醒才驚慌躲到廁所求救。事後4名男子還否認有性侵一事，是驗傷發現女子乳頭、下體全破皮，計程車司機也出面證實，女子在車上有大喊「不要摸我」，新北地檢署8日依乘機性交、強制性交、強制猥褻等罪嫌起訴4名越男。
起訴指出，4名越南籍男子TRUONG KHANG DINH、NGUYEN ANH QUYET、NGUYEN HAI ANH與NGUYEN QUANG GIAP(下稱D男、Q男、A男、G男)，同住在土城租屋處，2018年11月間深夜，4人相約到夜店狂歡，見到一名台女醉倒在包廂內，Q男及A男竟直接把人「撿走」扛上計程車帶回住處，在車上就不斷強吻、撫摸女子胸部及下體，並在回家後輪流性侵。

隨後G男在凌晨4點也從夜店返回家中，見到台女一絲不掛躺在床上，也獸性大發撲上去啃咬女子的頸部、胸部，並性侵得逞；直到天亮時，女子酒醒發現自己全身赤裸還遍佈傷痕，嚇得打電話向朋友求救，而G男見狀仍不顧抵抗，再次以手指性侵。事後女子躲進廁所穿衣服報警，稍早才返家的D男發現後，竟謊稱急著上廁所騙女子開門，立刻用身體擋住門，將女子壓在牆壁上強吻。

不久警方到場，才將女子救出並將4名越男逮回警局，女子送醫驗傷後發現頸部、肩膀都有數道咬痕，乳頭破皮、左胸有齒痕，腰部、手臂、膝蓋都有抓痕和瘀青，下體也紅腫破皮。不過4男全否認犯行，辯稱是女子自願，但計程車司機出面作證，女子在車上有大喊「不要摸我」，車上行車紀錄器也拍到猥褻動作，另外2名越籍友人也說，有看到女子全身赤裸只用棉被包住身體，和躲進廁所求救。
檢方判定，女子友人出示的對話紀錄證實女子有求救，且女子的內褲和下體都有採集到4男的DNA，依乘機性交、強制性交、強制猥褻等罪嫌起訴4人。
