4 dead in two-car accident

SINGAPORE: A driver and three passengers died in an accident along the Central Expressway (CTE) early Friday.
The accident happened at about 4am along the CTE towards Seletar Expressway near the exit to Yio Chu Kang.
Police said two cars were involved.
Three passengers died on the spot while the two drivers, both men, were sent to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
One of them, 23-year-old Mr Amron Ayoub, died later in hospital. The other was arrested for dangerous driving. His driving licence has also been suspended.
The three passengers who died are believed to be Mr Amron's Korean girlfriend and her parents. The fourth passenger, the girlfriend's brother, was not injured.
Police investigations are ongoing.
