10月10日晚，江苏无锡312国道锡港路上跨桥路段发生路面垮塌事故，从部分现场人士确认的录像中发现，此次事故导致垮塌处通行受阻。
据无锡官方通报，傍晚6：10左右，312国道上海方向K135处、锡港路上跨桥出现桥面侧翻，经现场初步勘测，桥下被压小车3辆（其中一辆系停放车辆，无人）。目前救援人员及车辆已到现场，救援和事故处置工作正有序开展。
据无锡市审计局2007年发布的《无锡市审计局关于312国道无锡段扩建工程竣工决算审计结果的公告》，312国道无 锡段路线于2003年9月开工建设，2005年6月建成通车，2005年11月工程交工验收，全长48.436公里，施工单位包括无锡交通工程总公司、东 盟营造工程有限公司、中铁十四局集团有限公司等，而总体设计单位则为如今的创业板公司苏交科。
但据多名无锡当地人士称，事故原因疑似指向了承载钢材的大货车超载问题。
据今年年初无锡市公共工程建设中心官网公布《G312国道无锡境快速化改造工程可行性研究报告与初步设计项目招标公告》，本来这一路段即将进行快速化工程改造，计划总投资达100亿元。
而据记者从接近现场人士处获得的一份照片显示，一份印着“日照钢铁控股集团有限公司（下称日照钢铁）”的热轧卷板钢材货物现身现场，其规格为9.30*1500mm，质量达28.54吨。
值得一提的是，该批钢材疑似为刚刚生产出厂，其生产日期标注为2019年9月30日。截止记者发稿前，尚未能同日照钢铁方面取得联系获悉其中关联。
工商资料显示，日照钢铁是山东日照当地一家集烧结、炼铁、炼钢、轧材于一体并配套齐全的大型钢铁民营企业，由杜双华通过直接和通过京华日钢控股集团有限公司（下称京华日钢）间接方式合计持有100%股份。
工商信息显示，京华日钢旗下实际控制的公司多达68家，其中包括一家钢铁货运公司和8家物流公司，但无证据和信息表明此次运输车辆与日照钢铁及关联公司有关。
此外，日照钢铁还参股了光大金控旗下的光大金控创业投资有限公司，同时参与投资的还有涌金系旗下的涌金实业、横店集团等主体。
2006年在胡润百富榜中，杜双华排名第14位，2019年排名落至第65位，而在2017年入围胡润百富榜的113名山东富豪中，仅日照钢铁就贡献了多达9人。
日照钢铁本身也是地方的纳税大户，据日照市公开信息，日照钢铁全口径纳税达43.30亿元、地方纳税23.71亿元。
日照钢铁自身也曾通过港股市场开展过资本运作，2009年，日照钢铁将旗下三家核心企业的25%-30%的权益注入港股公司开元控股。
今年9月10日，日照钢铁运行16年高达60吨转炉因政策等原因关停封存，彼时日照钢铁党委书记闫秀训表示，关停170万吨产能对日钢带来几十亿元的短期经济损失，但有利于企业长远、健康发展。

According to a photo taken by reporters from close to the scene, a hot-rolled coiled steel product bearing "Rizhao Steel Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Rizhao Steel)" appeared on the scene, with a specification of 9.30*1500mm. The quality reached 28.54 tons.
It is worth mentioning that the batch of steel is suspected to have just been manufactured, and its production date is marked as September 30, 2019. Until the press release, it has not been able to get in touch with Rizhao Steel to learn about it.
According to industry and commerce, Rizhao Steel is a large-scale private steel enterprise in Rizhao, Shandong Province, which integrates sintering, iron making, steel making and rolling materials.
