10 minutes walk away. not too near. moreover, if you have a maid, she will like it. can take mrt to orchard or jewel without walking too far. also, if your household is multi-generational, grannies and grandchildren have easy and convenient access to public transit. good schools are nearby too. all within quick reach of a bentley or rolls royce without the need to refuel constantly. only 3 gcb’s sharing 1 cul de sac. only issue is that the quarter-acre lot is not within the legal definition of a “gcb” which must have at least slightly over 15k sq ft of land. but if ura says it is gcb as it falls under the 39 “gazetted gcb areas”, it is gcb. gongcheebye?
