If it is acsbr, then it proves me right. The culprits must be from some lousy school. My kids tell me that the elite acs schools are the independent and international school. The barker road school is just a dumping ground for losers who can't make it into the elite acs schools.

The Chinese High is integrated into HCI if I understand correctly, HCI inducts females into the through-train program, so have to rule it out.

When one of those boys who kanna caned in front of his level (as opposed to principal's office) decides to do a Benjamin, the principal is going to have sleepless nights and possibly early retirement.

I am surprised the parents of those boys who kanna caned can take the public humiliation of their precocious babies lying down. The principal should not have taken the law into his own hands and meted out physical punishments in his own backyard. The boys are now scarred emotionally. It would have been better if the matter was reported to police at the first instance.

It's likely the police would have just given the boys a stern warning. The punishments they have now received are worse. The principal has blown the matter out of proportion.

After Benjamin's incident, the police will have learnt their lesson. Rest assured everything will be done discreetly.

If the matter was handled by the police, the boys would be let off with a stern warning. The police will not cane them. That's for sure. And when investigation is carried out discreetly, the boys will not have to suffer public humiliation right before their peers.

What is the principal trying to prove ? Women protector ? Now with the matter having gone public and police investigations undergoing, the boys will be penalized twice. The boys were wrong to have committed a crime, but not for the reason described by the principal:

Said the principal: "It's not acceptable behavior for young men.

"As men, they are supposed to protect the ladies, not take advantage of them. To do something like this is so very wrong."
