Death penalty should be made voluntary instead of mandatory, in the form of pazham pak jikilan.
The end result is the same.
the difference between a cop and thief is that the former is required to write reports each time he fires his gun.I wonder if the coppers do crack themselves, since they have free reign with it. Must be fun over there.
True, but how about huffing crack during work hrs? Or are they allowed to tabao some from the evidence room? Just take 1 min, a $2 bill and a atm card.cops

Nearly 27kg of cocaine and 10g of cannabis were seized at Changi Airport on Jul. 29, after Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) officers discovered the drugs hidden inside stuffed toys packed in the luggage of five women.
The five women arrested are foreign nationals, aged between 21 and 48.
CNB officers arrested them for suspected drug trafficking offences in the transit area of Changi Airport Terminal 4.
The arrest was made following an exchange of intelligence between CNB and the Narcotics Bureau of the Hong Kong Police Force (HKNB), CNB said in a press release on Jul. 31.
CNB officers spotted two of the women, aged 21 and 32, exchanging luggage at the transit area.
The officers then proceeded to arrest all five women and conducted a search of their belongings, where they found 26.9kg of cocaine and 10g of cannabis.

Covering director of CNB Sng Chern Hong thanked HKNB for the tip-off, which led to the seizure of the drugs.
"Those who attempt to traffic drugs through Singapore will be stopped and dealt with in accordance with the law," he said.
Investigations into the drug activities of the arrested suspects are ongoing.
An offender found guilty of trafficking or assisting in trafficking more than 30g of cocaine into Singapore may face the death penalty.

Singkie has become the 刽子手。Indeed questionable about why the hknb want to kill them.
Dividing 27 kg among 5 traffickers means that they are facing the gallows.mexico...colombia ??..27 kg, wats t street value here ?
