Receptionist 1 : 2 months 3 weeks (Immediate till September)
Receptionist 2 : 1 month 1 week (September till October)

Job scope:
• General Receptionist Duties:
• Monitor employee movement within the office – screen and recording of temperature and mask distribution until Covid-19 period is over.
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
• Turn on and off the TV everyday
• Receive parcel for staff, sending out courier items
• Collect Mails for mailbox (Basement) and distribute to staff
• Collect and drop the ARP Claim form every month before 7th to the submission box at another office building nearby.
• Take care on asset (keep a record on borrower name in logbook – wireless presenter, projector, voice recorder & speaker)
• Sending corporate emails on a timely basis
• Liaising for order of name card for employees twice a month
• Purchase and distribution of office supplies (Pantry, stationery, nespresso and mineral water)
