Reporters Without Borders releases 2014 Press Freedom Index

The same trio of Finland, Netherlands and Norway heads the index again, while Turkmenistan, North Korea and Eritrea continue to be the biggest information black holes, again occupying the last three positions.

Sinkapore at 150th.

Sinkapore at 150th.

what a total sinkie disgrace!!!!!

Indonesia 132th.

Better to trust Indon news than SPH bullshit.

..YES...SPH bullshit...

Yesterday...11th Feb...Front page of ST..shows pic of Life Theatre Award.....something that many did not know it exist.

I was eagerly looking for the changes of MAS policy on TDSR...a more important news item that affect many house-owners.

But instead, it is tugged away on page A8, away from the glare ..cos MAS flip-flop policy is ill-thought and a blunder.

Shame on this 150th Press.... I have stopped subscribing and as one commentators said...read other press coverage other than your own...esp if it is a controlled one.

Please do the same....

Well done Sinkapoor, 29 more places to go to match their north Korean counterpart.

Well done, pressitudes, for bringing us further down the slippery pole.

We set thankful to ms chua mui hong kan and her equally fugly sister for giving us such high(big number)ranking
For press freedom.
Aren't any radio stations picking up on this ? Or are they just happy to talk about trivial drivel by the Glenn Ong and his gf the flying Dutch maniac

Another highly prized ranking which the folks at SPH should be proud of.
150th place out of 180 countries is truly a tremendous achievement.

Let make this the leader on tomorrow's editions of the Straits Times and Lianhe Zaobao!
