Interesting read! I'll keep this list for future trips. Thanks for sharing! I usually fly Southwest Airlines https://southwest-airlines.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html for domestic travel and, while they’re not perfect, the experience has been way better than some of the horror stories I’ve heard from other carriers on that list.
