2-year Singapore Government Securities bond fetched 0.48% yield

The $2.7 billion 2-year bond re-opening is the
largest 2-year SGS bond offering since February 2004.
According to OCBC, it fetched an averaged yield of
0.48% with a tight tail of 2bps for a cut-off yield of 0.5%.
This is a record low based on records going back to 1987.
The bond also has a bid-cover ratio of 2.03x
(low since Feb 2007).
