This is the nicer song by LA based Capital Cities. Sinkies can have their own opinion of whether SG Courts are kangaroo or not. It is not a crime to hold a bad opinion of Sinkie courts. The crime of scandalising the courts, already abolished in England, is only constituted when you make “scurrilous” allegations against the Court, publicise them and cannot back them up with facts, reasoning, etc.

Offences such as these interfere with a citizen’s right to freedom of speech. They are not called “speech crimes” for nothing and have been abolished in many First World countries. If you make reasoned criticisms against the Court, you do not commit any crime even if those criticisms be very harsh, give them no face to hide, may even be wrong because your reasoning is flawed and are widely publicised. However, in Sinkieland, in cases where it may not be convenient or feasible to prosecute you for “speech crimes”, fixing you for other crimes can certainly be arranged.

To make it very simple for the layman, you can safely call a judge STUPID but please, prease don’t call him biased unless you have evidence to back it up or have and apply up to date computer knowledge to ensure that you remain forever anonymous.
