SINGAPORE: Singapore reported 157 new COVID-19 infections as of noon on Tuesday (Jul 7), including 20 cases in the community, said the Ministry of Health (MOH) in its preliminary report.

How come still can get 137 foreign workers infections when they have cleared & sanitized the dorms, build accommodation on expo centres and spend $b on this ?
