15-year-old student arrested, schoolmate injured

Police arrested a 15-year-old male student on Thursday morning, apparently after a dispute broke out between him and his schoolmate. He was arrested on the charges of voluntarily causing grievous hurt.
His schoolmate, also a 15-year-old male student, was conveyed to hospital with injuries to his arm. They are believed to be deep cuts to his left arm.
Police received the call for assistance at a school along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 at 10.10am on Thursday.
Investigations are ongoing.
