That's the tragic part. The Singapore gahment has to feed the foreign criminal FOC for the next 20 years, instead of feeding a Singaporean FOC for even 1 year. Each time the community ministry hand out something for the poor, so many conditions are attached. It seems so easy to get million of dollars with one evening of charity show and a phone call, but so difficult to feed one destitute family. There are so many good Singaporean Samaritans out there.

There must be a way to solve this problem of foreign criminal - can we get the Indonesia government to pay? We must make charity really begins at home.
