According to a Parliamentarian reply by Minister Grace Fu in 2013, the Singapore PAP Government expects to grant about 15,000 to 25,000 Permanent Residents applicants citizenship each year. Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong has emphasised several times that new citizens are required to replace Singaporeans’ falling birth rate, which is also the lowest in the world at 0.8 (2014 estimate) according to the CIA World Factbook.
As Singapore’s birth rate in 1993 is only 1.75, it is unlikely the number of Singaporeans who have turned 21 could have increased the population by more than 110,000.

Thus the, assuming that only 2.2M SGs voted and there is an addition of 110k FAP-supporting New Citizens, and there is no swing against the FAP by native SGs, the swing against the Oppos would be 110k/2.2M = 5%.

Maybe more, a lot more... Where is the data on how many new citizens and PRs are allowed to vote. You believe the figures put out about new citizens? Fark u, I walk out on the street now and I can count only 4 out of 10 people I see are Sinkees!

Assuming that 1 of the remaining 6 is a New Citizen, this will mean that 10% of the electorate are New Citizens. It begins to add up...

[TD] Last election 5.8 millions population target, many given new citizens while many true Singapores already dead already. Look like true Singaporeans already a minority. Look at the MRT trains at JE MRT in both direction, I already said more 60% foreigners during peak and off hours. True Singaporeans big turnout at Rallies also no use.

This election, population could be more than 6 millions already, many will be given citizenships for the 2020 election. True Singaporeans, many will be dead will become a minority. Even all the true Singaporeans vote for opposition also lose in 2020 election. 6.9 millions population within the next 2 years.

Difference with UK Blackies is they are happy to be in London as the shithole they escaped from is far worse. they pay taxes and live there and they speak english with a british accent. New citizens to singapore are just there to milk the system, speculate and make money on HDB flats, demand that you speak their language, and apply for US or canadian PR the minute they can qualify.
