It’s hard to understand what is there on the road. But the author of the video explains – he’s moving over fish heads lying around next to the administrative building in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. It seems there is no end to this fish waste path. As it turned out the incident happened due to the fault of the truck driver who hadn’t properly fixed the sides of the body. The man was found and will be punished.
